CampGuard is a review-management tool for campgrounds and RV parks, currently offered as a private beta operated by Paul Beauchemin. This policy explains what we collect and why, in plain language.
What we collect
- Account email and authentication credentials (via our auth provider).
- Park information you provide (name, location, profile details).
- Review text and related metadata synced from platforms you connect (for example Google Business Profile and other review sources).
- Basic product usage needed to run the service (for example login and sync events).
How we use it
We use this data only to operate CampGuard for you: sync reviews, draft responses, show your dashboard, and communicate about the beta. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your content for advertising.
Sharing
We share data only with infrastructure providers needed to run the product (hosting, database, email) under their standard terms, or when required by law. Review content may be sent to AI providers solely to generate draft replies for your park.
Retention & your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by emailing us. We will delete or anonymize personal data when you leave the beta, except where we must retain records for security or legal reasons.
