These terms cover your use of CampGuard, a review-management service for campgrounds and RV parks, during a private beta operated by Paul Beauchemin. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to these terms.
The service
CampGuard helps you monitor guest reviews and draft responses. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice while we are in beta. The product is provided “as is” with no warranty of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Your account & data
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for the accuracy of park information you submit. You confirm you have the right to connect review platforms and to process review content through CampGuard. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape other users’ data, or use CampGuard to post misleading or unlawful content. We may suspend access if use puts the beta or other operators at risk.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, CampGuard and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the beta. Draft replies are suggestions only; you remain responsible for anything you publish to guests.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
